Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy ensures that we can manage our resources effectively while providing fair options for our clients. Please review our cancellation policy below: -30 Days Prior to the Event: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. -21 to 29 Days Prior to the Event: Cancellations made between 21 and 29 days before the event date will receive a 75% refund of the deposit. -14 to 20 Days Prior to the Event: Cancellations made between 14 and 20 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. -7 to 13 Days Prior to the Event: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the event date will receive a 25% refund of the deposit. -Less than 7 Days Prior to the Event: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit. -24 Hours Prior to the Event: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
